Every year, accreditations are renewed to guarantee that items have been produced with the least possible negative impact on the environment and with consideration for the health and safety of workers.  The farm adheres to international food safety standards, the Plant Protection Product List (PPPL) of the European Union, and EU minimum residue level (MRL) rules, in addition to the particular MRL requirements of the Uk and Germany.
Throughout the season, a committed staff makes sure fruit is packed per specifications and kept at ideal temperatures, and items are examined using stringent quality control procedures to guarantee they satisfy customer needs.  Additionally, a traceability system makes it possible to monitor the origin of fruit from the product to the plot.
